I built planning-poker-free.com out of personal frustration. As CPO at Serpzilla — an SEO promotion platform — I rely on agile estimation in my own team's workflow. Every paid planning poker tool we tried came with unnecessary complexity: features locked behind paywalls, forced sign-ups, or interfaces clunky enough to slow down a sprint planning session instead of speeding it up.
So I built the tool I wished existed. No accounts. No limits. No friction. Just a link, a room, and your team.
This is a hobby project. It is free, it will stay free, and it is focused on doing one thing well: letting any agile team estimate story points together — in seconds, from anywhere.
The SEO industry taught me a lot about what makes a useful web product: fast load, clear purpose, no dark patterns. I applied all of it here. If the tool saves your team even ten minutes per sprint, it has done its job.
